Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction, certain items cannot be returned. Please review the following conditions:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.
  • Hygiene Products: For health and safety reasons, items such as undergarments, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized according to your specifications cannot be returned.
  • Damaged or Altered Items: Items that have been damaged due to improper use, laundering, or alterations are not eligible for return.
  • Tags Removed: Items with tags that have been removed or tampered with cannot be returned.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@uzzrose.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Shipping: Pack the items securely and include the Return Authorization Number inside the package. Ship the items to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Process: To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that the item you want is available and can be shipped promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report Immediately: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@uzzrose.com within 7 days of receipt.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
